I just played a game where I scored an S with Pantheon, but never received a chest. After checking my profile, I'm apparently eligible for receiving one but have not gotten one yet.
You probably already received a chest as pantheon and you only get one if one of your teammates does very good but this is what I do if I want a chest...
Go to norms call support and play a champion that's easy and never been played with then get your ADC fed and win the game. works every time!
