[Client] Fake Dodge Pop-up

Hello,

I've received this error only a couple of times. I've also already spoken to a rioter regarding this and was reassured that I had in fact did nothing wrong nor had a dodge on record. Here's the most recent time it happened:

January 18, 2016 (prior to 1:00p.m. pst)

I queued alone for a solo/duo ranked game... When I entered the champion select page, I knew right off the bat that there was going to be a dodger. Two of my potential teammates were flaming a Heimerdinger who wanted to go top. They had also specifically stated that they were going to dodge if Heimerdinger locked in. The top laner didn't budge in his/her choice. One of the two players (or both, I couldn't tell if they were duo'd) decided to dodge at the last second (prior to the start of the game).

I didn't give their dodge a thought until I realized that I wasn't placed back into the queue for the next game. I found this perplexing as I should've automatically been put back. Then I saw it...

There was a pop-up on the top right of my League client that had stated that I had dodged the game. Unfortunately, I was unable to screen shot the pop-up before it disappeared. But I assume I received the general dodge message.

I'm currently using the new client portal. Lag is ruled out as that hasn't been an issue in the past nor is it a pain in the side in the present.
