Taric W stuttering

Whenever Taric is binded to an ally with W, his walking animation stutters. Has been happening for years. It's especially noticeable at 144hz 200+fps. I have found multiple threads on this site and reddit about the issue but no one has a solution. I currently have a ticket with riot tech support about the issue but wanted to post here in case anyone else can confirm that they also have the problem.
