Recently as of 3 days ago i have been having issues regarding summoners rift. I will go through my champion select and the load screen, as soon as i spawn in the game the moment i have a visual of my fountain, my game/computer freezes, i can not play on my computer. The only way to close league of legends is to hard shut off my entire computer, can someone shed some light on how to resolve this issue, thank.

Porocles said that the issue appears to be with Xbox Game Bar after the Windows 10 Anniversary Update and left a link with instructions on how to disable it.
If that doesn't work, I left instructions for a work-around in the OP.
I ran into the same issue and i cant reboot I have to hold down the power button to turn off and on.... Now I've been left with 5 20 minute lower priority queues which kinda of is unforturnate... Its not my fault...
