Banned for queue dodging when someone else is the one who dodged. Solo queue Poroking.

I claimed my champ. I banned a champ. I selected my champ. I set my rune page. I locked in. Timer gets to one and I'm back in the lobby. No big deal people dodge all the time from queue. Rather have it happen there than in game. Here's the catch I click "Find Match" only to find out that I have been banned for 15 minutes. I never dodge. It's a waste of my time. I would rather play an unwinnable game than deal with a damn ban. Please fix as I am sure this is making others just as perturbed. If it is any help I had Kog Maw selected as my champ.
