A couple of bugs that i've noticed since Jihn patch

So I play as everyone else does, you choose your mastery page and your rune page and enter the game. Well let me tell ya, for some reason I click a page, it says the correct page, and it even shows the correct runes, but in game its a different, page, and yes I know this seems more like an user error but it isn't, I've made sure the pages were correct, it has happened a few times now, not sure why, but it has.

Also, there has been some ludicrous lag spiking during champion picking in ranked, I generally run 100-200 FPS and around 18ms on average, I have lost constant games and been kicked out of champ select due to this lag, nothing has changed on my computer, and it doesn't always happen but sometimes it does. The worst thing about this is that you get a temp ban timer on your account and I'm sure if it shows enough you get negative LP as well an eventually al ban if not mistaken.

I've tried repairing the client or a fresh install, no dice.
