riot can you guys pls get your stupid clients to stop randomly freezing and closing out, ive tolerated for a while now but im real annoyed at the fact that it happened TWICE in a row and IM getting a 14 minute queue time penalty for it. i hate how i get in trouble for something i can't even control, it would be nice if the penalties werent given so damn freely without even seeinf if there was a technical issue involved
