ticket submission

Hello, today I was trying to submit a request for support, but when I try to choose topic, it says, that I need to login before. The problem is, that I am logged, I was sent even the verification code, everything is smooth... Anyone else having same problem, or am I missing something? If so please tell me. Thx.
