(Crashed Right Before Loading Screen)

so as i logged in today i wanted to finish my last game of ranked so i can be placed i got to champ select and after that right before load screen i get sent back to my home screen with a error report ( this has happened many times im writing about it now so my voice can be heard this time) so i fill out the report and then i get a message on the client saying it needed to repair itself and while im waiting for that to finish (couldnt try to play again cause of mid repair) i get leaver buster notification now i know you guys cant "take me off" leaver buster but this problem has happened allot to me where i get kicked before loading screen and during loading screen and i get leaver buster for 20 mins at a time and that makes me look bad and that wastes allot of my time for something thats wrong on your end and im being punished for it(note* that i left during games before but never out of rage its always personal but it doesnt happen offen at all). ive done a total of 3 reports this being the third ALL I ASK is that you update leaver buster (it should know the difference between leaving the game and crashing) fix the crashes before and after loading screen and if you can its really not a biggie you know losing your time and all....take me off of leaver buster just this once maybe...btw you report a bug button on the client isnt working as well. please i would like to actually see a response from someone that your actually reading these
