[Gameplay] Katarina Ult Bug

I've found a bug with Katarinas ultimate. Whenever she dies, on a spot where's no vision and an enemy champion walkes past, the ult will be coloured like if she could use it (if off cooldown). This can be used to track enemies on the map. Recreate:

1. Get into a Costum Game with someone else and pick Katarina. The other person has to be on the enemy team.
2. Level to level 6.
3. Die in the jungle without having any vision there.
4. The enemy must walk to the death spot.
5. Look at ultimate in the GUI.
