Remake not working

For 2 games now I have had a afk, who hasnt connected from the start and is standing in the middle where you spawn( means afk). But it wont let us remake, because says you can only remake if a person hasnt connected. Must be a bug because for 2 games person hasnt connected and it still wont let us remake.
