Mastery Chest issues

I'm not getting credited with a mastery chest on champions when getting an S rating. I've been playing champs that I haven't gotten a chest on this season in hopes of getting some mastery chests. had S ratings about 5/6 times and haven't gotten a single chest.

You only get like 3 or 4 chests and its takes 7 days before you can earn another one
