champion select bug ....

its the second time i have this bug . first off all in ranked champion select my game stops 30 seconds and i cant ban champions and then i loose 3 points and i need to wait 5min to play another ranked .... its not fair this happent to me on a promo and i lost my promo beacuse of that .... im getting tired ... can someone help me and tell me why i still have this bugs ...
