Champion Select Bug

Sometimes * And in my case in team rank* the champion select screen will fail to come up, but the sounds of champion select are playing back to you and you are technically IN champ select. You can't do anything about it and you eventually dodge the que... Which is fine and all except when you're in promotionals and it kicks you out of them and gives you an hour wait time to que back up :(. It happend twice within about 2 hours, I think this may be a big issue.
