[GAMEPLAY] Bug with Lucian's Passive and Zilean's Ultimate

As can be seen in the video, if Lucian is revived by Zilean while his passive is active, he will have the ability to use lightslinger without casting an ability. It will deal both points of damage, as can be (barely) seen on Dragon, so it's not just cosmetic.

Not exactly gamebreaking, but yeah. Also, apparently the passive buff doesn't show on Lucian when he revives, but it is there. Sorry bout the lack of sound.
