League freezes and then force restart required

Okay so I've been having this problem for a while and it makes LoL unplayable because I literally can't do a game without my comp freezing. I read a few things on the internet and have already deleted all of my video card drivers and did a fresh install of my video card. I currently have the most up to date drivers. I'm on windows 10. I have a AMD radeon HD 7800 video card, AMD FX 4100 quad core processor, and 8 GB of RAM. I don't have any temperature problems it seems so it freezing from overheating souldn't be it. I have also already uninstalled and reinstalled League.

Anyway I get into a game, and about 9 mins or so into playing my computer freezes up and a loud buzzing comes out of myspeakers. This forces me to restart my computer. It also keeps kicking me from games giving me the 20 min penalty.

Are you using Windows 10 with the Anniversary Update?

If so, disabling the Xbox Game Bar will probably fix the issue.

How do you disable the xbox thing? I've never even opened it and uninstall is greyed out in app options
