attempting to reconnect - connect other account works fine - reconnect main account still attempting

most strange thing

• started ranked - loading check your connection - when connected i get "500 ms attempting to reconnect" -fast log out and connect lvl 1 account , start coop vs ai works perfectly fine with 90 ms ping -fast log out and recconnect my on going ranked game ... nope still attempting to recconect -we won , i lost 19 LP , got banned 5 games 20 mins

have no firewall not wireless connection no downloads fast dsl searched every forum every thing on reset ie chrome router new patch checked for errorrs did everything

this very account gets attempting to teconnect
