I believe there is a bug with matchmaking

I play ranked quite a bit but recently I have been placed on teams that lose every time without my influence at all, I farm my lane go 0 0 0 or 1 0 0 maybe 2 0 0 as adc and by the time laning is over every team iv'e been on recently has decided it's game over and to surrender at 20 minutes. This exact scenario has happened perhaps 10-15 times in a row now and I believe there must be a matchmaking bug, is there any reason i'm being placed on the predetermined losing team from now on?

This is plat 2 mind you so I wouldn't consider it elo hell and for it to happen this many times in a row makes me become suspicious, any help is greatly appreciated and I thank you!
