Ziggs Bombs invisible with Poolparty Skin

The Bombs of Ziggs (Q, W and AutoAttacks) were invisible for my team and me, i don't know, if the enemy Team saw them. I can't reproduce it and when i spectate it in the Replay Mode, the Bombs are there.
