[Gameplay] Lucian Ult visible in FoW

During a game, I had my screen on Dragon pit, when we had no vision on it. Dragon was up, and the other team was presumably taking it at the time. I noticed some sparks appearing where the dragon would be (which looked to me like either Lucian firing his ult, or Lucian's ult hitting something.), and then the announcement that the other team had taken dragon came up shortly after.

To reproduce:

Have a Lucian on the opposing team.

Have Lucian ult somewhere out of view, possibly needing to hit something while ulting.
