The past few days i have tried to log onto league it has told me that"the login server did not respond. You may have a connection issue that is not related to the League Of Legends server. see our current server status here"

I've been having the same issue on my laptop. I was thinking it had something to do with my DNS resolvers, as Netalyzr didn't get a response from them, but my internet is working just fine...
Ya, been having the issue for 6 or 7 days now
No matter what i do i can't do anything either, its bugging the crap out of me
found out how to resolve the issue
Open your Internet Explorer, then Internetoptions -> Advanced and look for the "TLS 1.0" in the list. It needs to be activated (Transport Layer Securty). The Launcher uses the IE Options.
