Can't connect to games

I normally play on NA and can connect to games perfectly but for the past few days on my LAN account I try to play a game and never can connect so i get -LP and leaverbuster and it's annoying. It shouldn't be anything wrong with my computer since i can then go and play on NA with no problems, what's up with this? how do i fix it?
