Well this is weird and nearly gonna blow my mind

Well i started to download the new patch and my friends already done it in 20 mints and they are 100kb/s now i am 490-500kb/sec it has been an hour now and i am downloading with [-ve] MBs what should i do now it is taking my internet packages and still waiting till now do i restart it or what should i do every one told me that the patch was about 200 MB and i already over 500 now
