League won't open

So,after the 9.10 patch the game won't open,even the client,so what I did I reinstalled the game,so it downloaded something that was around 1gb or so,after that when it should've opened the League client,instead it showed me only a text box with the "K32GetProcessMemoryInfo" thing Any ideas? btw,i run win xp
