Game crash

Hi, yesterday my game crash before I even got into the match and I have to reconnect back but it still crash. It crash 2 times yesterday and I got reported for being afk and now I am back to waiting for 20 min again. I did not meant to be afk during game yesterday, the game crash and I can't reconnect to the game from the start. Thank you.
