Viridian Kayle missing chest plate?

On the Viridian Kayle splash art , she is shown wearing a golden chest plate. In-game this is not so the case. I question if it was simply just the splash just didn't resemble the skin, but as seen in this pre-release video created by SkinSpotlights , the chest plate is there correctly on the lvl 11 form. Furthermore, the preview images for her Chromas also contain the chest plate on all of the skins, but they are missing in-game like the first video I showed. The chest plate was missing all throughout PBE, but no changes seem to have been made. I was wondering if this is simply a bug or an intentional change in art direction for the skin.
