[Client][Gameplay] Practice tool glitching and creating client problems.

After practice tool went live I decided to give it a try, 3 times without any trouble, joined another match and started moving around the map using the "Teleport tool (Ctrl+S)" several times and using "Fast forward 30 seconds (Ctrl+o)" I noticed the game started to glitch as if it was lagging but with a solid 100ms ping on the display, stopped using the tools and it still acted like lagging, I closed the game and started browsing the Beta Client, tried to join a match but couldnt change mastery pages, summoner spells, lock in or quit a custom queue, proceed to close the client and then open it up again, as the logging screen shows up I get a pop-up saying i'm using and outdated patch, client autoupdated back to the 7.3 patch. So I head back to the Practice tool, repeat the Teleport and Fast Forward getting the same glitch except for the outdated patch problem.

Step-by-step.

1. Join practice tool.
2. Spam Teleport tool and Fast Forward tool
3. Close game
4. Browse the BETA Client
5. Close Client.
6. Re-open Client.
