2 Bugs, Client/Spectate

Client bug: I believe I started one of the videos on the client screen before hopping into queue, the video didn't play initially. As I got into champ select the video began to play, and I couldn't shut it off. (I believe it was Taliyah Champ Spotlight?? All I know Phreak was just rambling on lol) Either way, I expected it to stop upon getting into the game, but the video kept going. I checked everywhere and there was no way for me to turn it off. It lasted until about 2 minutes into game. It was super odd.

Spectate bug: Rift Scuttler not moving after getting killed. I know this isn't a game impacting bug. However, it is still a bug and thought I should mention it. :)
