Blitz grab on Ez [gameplay]

I was playing Blitz in an ARAM and i was using my q to grab an Ezreal and he would be half way to me and use his E and end up at the distance that he would have if he E'ed and i never grabbed him. While Blitz's q says it stuns the target so EZ shouldn't have been able to use his E let alone end up so far away. We ended up losing the ARAM due to this.

"Contrary to popular belief, you cannot cast Ezreal's Arcane Arcane Shift during Rocket Grab. However, as of V1.0.0.140, spells cast while disabled will immediately be cast after the effect ends." (LoL Wiki)

so Ez shouldn't have been able to do that to me 3 times since he shouldn't be able to cast his spell once he has been grabbed.
