Permabanned - a bug?

I haven't played league for almost 2 weeks. Logged in 2 days ago to discover that I'm permabanned for third-party software on EU West server. Note, that I'm playing league since season 1 and never have used any of 3rd party softs (my other account on nordic&east server didn't get banned.) I submitted a ticket two days ago but haven't heard back from support, maybe anyone else had this issue? I have supposedly played some rankeds 6 days ago, which I don't recall and I haven't shared my account information.
