Permabanned - a bug?

I haven't played league for almost 2 weeks. Logged in 2 days ago to discover that I'm permabanned for third-party software on EU West server. Note, that I'm playing league since season 1 and never have used any of 3rd party softs (my other account on nordic&east server didn't get banned.) I submitted a ticket two days ago but haven't heard back from support, maybe anyone else had this issue? I have supposedly played some rankeds 6 days ago, which I don't recall and I haven't shared my account information.

That's not a bug mate, that's called getting hacked

What do you mean? It seems highly unlikely to me, even if you're referring to "hacked" as sharing account information with anyone, which I haven't. Then who would hack an account, just to play some rankeds in silver, and even if "he" was using "3rd party software", his score didn't show it. https://euw.op.gg/summoner/userName=imp4e

Right, let's see. You haven't played in 2 weeks, but there's a game from 6 days ago. You don't remember playing that game. So either you are lying, or someone got into your account without you knowing (getting hacked) and played games. If you got banned for 3rd party software, then its likely they hacked your account, hacked in-game, and then got banned,

I guess I could get to the bottom of this if support didn't take 3 days to answer and only to say that my ticket has been redirected elsewhere, so I'll let you know in a week or so.
