Cant invite all friends in all game modes and a 3 vs 3 ranked lobby bug

If i start a lobby 3 vs 3 ranked team the lobby will just be empty, im not in it and my friend is also not in it. i also cant type in chat.

Also if i just make a normal game (in the picture draft mode) some friends wont be available to invite. for example in the picture i wanted to invite Miwa Chan for a game but she isnt in the list.
