[Client] Honor Vote Never Popped Up

I completed a mission in an ARAM and didn't have the option to honor teammates afterwards. I was playing Lux in ARAM and completed Maiden of the Revel 1. I noticed that I also completed both requirements for it and it initially showed up as completing 2 quests instead of one.
