Nidalee causing FPS problems

I was in a game and I was noticing that everytime Nidalee came onto my screen my FPS would be extremely bad. At first i thought it was my computer but my brother was also getting the same problem, I think it has something to do with the new skin she recently got. Has anyone else had this problem?
