[crash] Black screen after "defeat" screen end of game, patch 7.4

Each time i loose a game and leave the game my computer goes black screen. The only way to get out of it is rebooting the laptop. Running the original game with no 3rd party apps on a lenovo y700isk laptop. Edit: also happens when wining games. All in normal game mode btw.
