[GAMEPLAY] Dead after Victory (Fizz)

Today I was playing with Fizz as usually and when we were about to win a match, I was low life so I pressed my E and did the jump in the second before we win. After the Victory text appeared in the screen, my champ finished his jump and touched ground. One of Zyra's habilities was still up and because of that I died, losing my S+.

Hope the dev. team fix this bug quickly^^ because a dead after the end of the game is annoying.
