i have windows 10 now and i have a problem. Go in champ select, pick champion, everything is fine then when all are on 100% my laptop blocks and i can do nothing and must restart it. this happend twice. if someone can help me i will be very thankful. (sorry for my english :D)

You mean the laptop freezes in the loading screen (or in-game)?
I had a similar problem after with Windows 10 Anniversary Update which I resolved by disabling the Xbox Game Bar.
How good is your windows maintenance. All i can think of is your registry is out of whack. Try clearing your registry. Check how fragmented your HDD is ( SSDs don't need it if you've got one of those ). Although win10 keeps good care of defragmentation it can't be bad to check it out. It could be as simple as fixing the client or as complex as your HDD failing. We would need to know more about your system to help you out. All i can do is throw general stuff at you.
Might be a dodgy windows install, might be missing some pre-requisite installations for LoL to run (various versions of DirectX and what not). Make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date.
