Scoreboard overlap bug

The bug occurs on Windows 8.1 Pro x64, adobe air, dependencies and all windows updates are installed. The bug overlaps all the 5 player tiles for each column on top of each other, look at the screenshot please. This bug randomly occurs around 1 out of every 20 games. It has been happening since 2 - 3 patches ago and since print screen key doesn't grab screenshots I've been too lazy to submit it. It's very annoying not be able to track how your lanes are doing as support and who on the enemy team is fed from the scoreboard.
