[Gameplay] Unable to purchase Raptors cloak or Talisman of Ascension on Howling Abyss

I just recently finished a game of ARAM and was unable to purchase these items. They were in the shop but it would not let me buy them when i had more than enough gold for them.

I've been able to purchase Talisman of Ascension on Howling Abyss if I had enough gold; however, I have not been able to purchase Raptor's Cloak. Chain Vest's and Rejuvenation Bead's build paths do not display Raptor's Cloak as an upgrade.

I was under the impression that gold items were removed from ARAM.
