New Champ. Select LAG [CLIENT]

With the new champion select I've been receiving terrible amounts of lag when trying to load it. What happens is I try clicking on Dynamic Q, and all the animations are slower than slow loading. But when I click on something like the shop, or my profile there is no lag. When I'm sitting in the lobby trying to type to my team, or respond to a PM, the letters I typed are very delayed, but if I click on my profile and respond to a PM there is no lag. When the owner of the room hits "Queue" I can hear the Q pop (the noises are never laggy), but_ I cannot click on the accept match button out of lag until the very last second_. When I finally get into the lobby I cannot even "Declare my champion" because the whole room is lagging trying to do all the different animations. If I have to ban, I cant even see the ban list until the last 13 seconds. Most of the time, I can click on the first OP champ I see, but there are times when I cannot lock in and I dodge. The same thing happens when I go to lock in my champion. Once all the champions from both teams have been chosen, I cannot even trade with anyone (if need be), because my client stops responding until the last 5 seconds where it continues to still lag.

When I'm in game, I'm totally fine! Blind pick? Totally fine!_ Customs/ARAM/Dominion?_ All fine, I've checked.

When the new Q first dropped I had no problems! I only got problems after it was disabled for a little bit, after it came back live. I tried a support ticked, and they told me to come here. The problem went away after, so I didn't continue to press the issue. It came back when another patch dropped, but then it went away again. Well.. The last patch dropped a few days ago, and the problem didn't come until today.

I cannot continue with this problem. I've had to dodge in ranked, and lost LP from this problem. I even got demoted because I was forced to dodge from lag, and then lost two games (but the loosing games isn't the clients fault, obviously).
