It hasn't been released. Just because you see content coming out in a patch, and it appears on a champion page in the profile doesn't mean it's been made available yet. They have always done this with every skin released. You have to wait for the announcement post for it to become available, which will most likely be tomorrow.

Are you saying that the release date will be announced tomorrow or the skin will be released tomorrow. I'm pretty sure that it takes generally a week for them to release the skins.

Well since the launch of the Guardian Jinx skin that the announced skin is released the day after the update (Star Guardians patch 6.20 10/05/16 ) -> "STAR GUARDIAN CONTENT NOW AVAILABLE" (patch 6.20 10/06/16) ( I tried to clarify as much as I could). The most likely is that the God Fist Lee Sin will be released tomorrow to our happiness![slayer-jinx-wink]

Riot doesn't "Announce release dates" they just have "RELEASES". So with that said, tomorrow or next week (generally Tuesdays or Thursdays) are when skins will be released following a patch. You will never see the content on the first day of a patch (being Wednesday, Today)
