Champ Select Bug

I was selecting my champ in normal blind pick, than it started to say Error: Active Game not found... it showed that for about 20 times and i couldnt get in game it just froze, than i closed the client when i log back on i had 12 mins ban wtf

Something similar happened to me where the champion select screen just went black and the only thing I could do is exit the game, which gives the time penalty.
