the Disconnects are horrible

ok some weirdstuff with my ACCT.

1.I seem to be getting chests every game 2.while disconnected got the failure to respond during the lobby of ranked game. PUNISHED by RIOT ( i get it its automated) for punishing the issue is i have been sitting in 5 min leaver buster for 2 days, atleast 10 games and it still says 4 left. IT wont end punishing me and lower que because of code. Now before you say it s my responsibilty.. I have the new skylake pc with a 390x devil. There is no way. You putting it on my hardware. It's brand new.

3.Can someone please find my acct and fix whatever is scrambled. And you can have all those chest's i can't open them anyways. 4. Ghost account when I end game. happens maybe one out of every 10 games, My acct gets stuck in the network somewhere, after a game it says im still connected in a game, and I dont get the lobby after game.
