Unable to get into game

So on the main client, last night I tried to play some ARAM, got into champ select, and as the game was about to load and go into the loading screen. Instead it sends me right back to a screen showing me the "reconnect button" however, when I went to go and press it, instead it had done nothing. Quickly flashing, saying the game was in progress, but not even sending me back into the game. This happened yesterday and today. I even tried on a custom game and it done the same thing.

I did ran an anti virus scan, and it detected some virus in my league files, and so I had to clean them out or get rid of them. I am not sure if I need them, as I dont know the full file's name. But when I played on the PBE, it seemed to have worked fine for me.

Should I wait and see if it is a bug, or uninstall and reinstall?
