Patch 5.18 "unspecified error" during download

Hey guys, Ill jump right in. Trying to download the new patch 5.18 but every time it gets to 32% I get an "unspecified error." I've tried running as administrator and turning off my firewall. Still get the same error. Ive switched regions also and still nothing. I have sprint and tether off my phone but i doubt that's the problem seeing as I have no connection issues. Any suggestions let me know.
