New Evelynn bug found

So I was trying her in the sandbox. She was op. I was just testing different build to see which one the best. I first try Ap and it was op. But then I thought, 100% crit chance Evelynn? I thought it might work. First, it did work. it was very OP. But then E to one of the minion and THE E CRIT. It must be broken if Evelynn's E can crit. But when I test it out on a dummy. I found out that the e said it crit but in reality, it doesn't'. So which is it? Can Evelynn E crit? It does not crit( sorry Evelynn main) It only show the E crit but it doesn't crit. :(. Pretty sure this is a bugEvelynn

If you read the tooltip on her E, it says that it counts as a basic attack. It doesn't say that it can crit, but it does count as a basic.

Technically, if you read it closely and watch closely if you have, say, a Ravenous Hydra, it counts as 2 basic attacks. It procs all on-hit effects on items you have twice.
