When buying a rabadons deathcap on kennen, i looked to check how much extra ap i gained from it, and saw that it said 0, i thought this was just a minor bug, so i undo the purchase and repurchase it, still zero. I do some skills buy some different items and still have the same problem, so i ask my team, and they realize they arent receiving the extra ap from the deathcap either. Rito pls.
Looks like this is just a tooltip bug. Deathcap's still giving the bonus AP, but the bonus listed when you mouseover its icon stays at 0.

Idk I just tested it and had the AP bonus. Last time I saw that happen it was a UI bug and was still getting the AP. Maybe its something to do with Echo as that was in the picture. Might have screwed something up when combining the 2 of them.
Just did a Co-op game and I was only getting exactly 120 AP from the deathcap, no Offensive masteries, just a straight 120 AP increase with no bonus.
i.e it isn't just a tooltip error.
I think a lot of the tooltips are bugged, Lich Bane has been giving me whacky numbers all patch.
