Client keeps timing out

My client will time out while in queue or while in game lobby causing me to dodge or miss queue. This happens many times a day and also in game sometimes as well. I have followed all of the help guides on fixing connection, with no change in result. This has also gotten me banned from queue quite a few times. I have a wired connection from my router to my computer. Also, it started happening just recently with the introduction of patch 6.9. I have screenshots attacked to a link in this post to show what it does when freezing out of game.
