Teemo homeguards

It's nothing to complicated, just something I've noticed while occasionally playing teemo. If you buy homeguards on him, sometimes the homeguards just don't seem to work. I'll stand there waiting (not taking damage) and it usually won't come until a longer time than it should have. Not sure why it does this, but I've noticed it happening for a good bit of time.
