Ranked Champion Select Glitching

I've been duoing up for the new season, and twice in a row now, people are unable to lock in and the screen continuously is stuck at 0 seconds. Nothing happens. The champ select music is even still going, but yet it freezes at zero. The only way to get out of it is to dodge, which I think people aren't willing to, considering they want to place high. I feel bad because it's happened twice to me(other summoners experiencing this glitch). Anyone else having the same issues? :/
