[GAMEPLAY] Kircheis Shard passive does not proc Tristana's Explosive Charge passive magic AOE

This was tested on at least patch 6.18 and 6.17

Kircheis Shard passive does not proc Tristana's Explosive Charge passive when the Shard passive was necessary to get the last hit.

If you kill the minion with the physical damage portion of the auto attack it still works normally and procs the Explosive Charge magic damage aoe even while the Shard procs, but if you kill the minion with the magic damage portion from the Kircheis Shard the minion dies as if the Explosive Charge passive did not exist.
